Reaching for the Cure

Reaching for the Cure Half Marathon logo34,967 MILES DEDICATED TO PEDIATRIC CANCER RESEARCH!

The 19th Annual Reaching for the Cure Half Marathon, 10K, 5K, and Kids Run took place on Sunday, March 26, 2017 at Irvine Valley College. Over 3,500 participants dedicated their miles to pediatric cancer warriors, patients, and survivors everywhere. The energy throughout the venue was contagious, and everyone was beaming with joy over the huge success of this year’s Reaching for the Cure event.

As we are still calculating our final numbers, here is a fantastic start: 50 sponsors, 70 expo vendors, 99 teams, 500 volunteers, and over $250,000 in pure donations & fundraising for a Cure! These new funds will go immediately toward lifesaving research to help improve the care, quality of life and survival rates of children with cancer.
